Dr. Joe DeMarco, chiropractor and owner of OcraMed Health, discusses how to avoid being injured while training your chest.

Out of all the different types of workouts, I find that people sustain more injuries when training their chest. Chest workouts are notorious for injuries that involve the shoulder, elbow, triceps, neck, biceps tendons, and the pectoralis major muscle.

In today's video, I go over five tips to help you avoid injuries next time you perform a chest workout. These tips are simple and very effective. You can begin to use them immediately during your next chest workout.

Give these tips a try and let me know what you think in the comment section down below. I'd love to hear your feedback!
