Cooking recipe and ingredients:
60 gr. (2 ounces) dried apricots.
60 gr. (2 ounces) plums.
50 gr. (1.8 ounces) dates.
Pour cold water for 15 minutes to remove preservatives and activate beneficial substances.
Roast 100 gr. (3.5 ounces) peanuts in a pan.
Grind in a blender.
Set aside 2 tablespoons for garnish.
Remove the center of the dates.
Add dried fruits.
20 gr. (0.7 ounces) oatmeal.
20 gr. (0.7 ounces) dried coconut.
Fry the oat flakes and coconut flakes in a pan.
Grind in a blender.
Add 1/3 teaspoon black pepper.
Add 1/3 teaspoon cardamom powder.
Zest of 1 lemon.
Juice of half a lemon.
Mix.
Shape it into the desired shape by greasing your hands with vegetable oil.
Place the balls in the freezer for 15 minutes.
100 gr. (3.5 ounces) sugar-free dark chocolate.
Melt in a water bath.
Melt 20 gr. (0.7 ounces) coconut oil.
Mix.
Dip the balls in chocolate.
Decorate with nuts.
Place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Use paper shapes.
