I don't eat sugar! Super healthy cookies without flour and sugar! Energy dessert recipe! You have to try this! You will definitely love the taste. ✌🏻🥰
Cooking recipe and ingredients:

Recipe #1:

Dates 170 gr. (6 oz.).
Top up with cold water for 15 minutes.
Roasted Cashews 50 gr. (1.8 oz).
Almonds 50 gr. (1.8 ounces).
Walnut 25g (0.9oz).
Chop medium-sized with a knife.
Pine nuts 50 g (1.8 oz).
Pumpkin seeds 25 gr. (0.9 ounces).
Sunflower seeds 25 gr. (0.9 ounces).
Fry the seeds a little in a frying pan.
Remove the center of the dates.
Add 35 ml. (1.2 fl oz) honey.
Grind in a blender.
Add the zest of one orange.
Mix.
Place the mixture on a baking tray (21cm x 12cm) lined with baking paper.
Lubricate your hands with vegetable oil.
Press the mixture and smooth it with your hands.
Place in the freezer overnight.

Recipe #2:

50 gr. (1.8 ounces) walnuts, chop with a knife.
40 gr. (1.4 ounces) dried cranberries.
25 gr. (0.9 ounces) raisins.
Soak dried fruits in cold water for 15 minutes.
25 gr. (0.9 ounces) almonds.
Add dried fruits.
Add 50 gr. (1.8 ounces) rolled oats.
Mix.
2 apples.
To cut in pieces.
Add 1 teaspoon lemon juice.
Grind in a blender.
Add applesauce.
Add 1 pinch of salt.
Add 30 ml. (1 fl oz) olive oil.
Mix.
Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Shape into cookies.
Grease with vegetable oil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for 40 minutes.
