NO Sugar, NO Flour, NO Gluten! WITHOUT Oven! Little delicacies! You will love its flavor!

Recipe:
150 g dates
The day before preparation we soak them
The next day we remove the excess water and the seeds or pits and then chop them into small pieces.
60 gr. ground walnuts
Add the chopped dates to the blender and blend everything together.
We will obtain a sticky dough.
We add 3 tablespoons of bitter cocoa powder.
30 ml coconut oil
1 splash of milk (optional)
We mix very well.
We put the dough in the refrigerator for half an hour!

Chop 7 half walnuts into small pieces to fill the chocolate.

We take the dough out of the refrigerator.
We wet our hands with water and form balls.
We make a hole in the middle and place the nuts there.
Once they are all done, we put them back in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Bath preparation!
We chop 40 gr. peanut very good
melt 130 gr in a bain-marie. Dark chocolate 70%
we add 1 tbsp. Coconut oil or other vegetable oil.
Add the peanuts and mix very well.

We immerse the balls in the chocolate and peanut bath
and we rest them on a plate or roasting pan covered with butter paper.
Then we put everything in the refrigerator.

We serve them inside paper pilotines
and to enjoy!
