▶Ingredients
100g cabbage, 30g carrots, 15g chives, 30g bacon,
70g potato starch, 1tbsp cooking oil, 3 eggs, salt, pepper
sriracha mayo sauce: 3tbsp mayonnaise, 1tbsp sriracha, 1tsp honey
chilli soy sauce: 1tbsp soy sauce, 2tbsp water, 1/2tbsp vinegar, 1/2tbsp sugar, 1~2 Chillis
▶Recipe
1 Slice 100g cabbage and 30g carrots and place them in a bowl.
2 Slice 15g of chives and 30g of bacon and mix them with cabbage and carrots.
3 Mix 1 egg and pour it over the vegetables.
4 Add 70g of potato starch and 1tbsp of cooking oil and mix.
5 Add cooking oil over medium heat and preheat it, then add the vegetable mixture and make a donut shape.
6 Add one egg to the center, sprinkle salt and pepper, and bake until the bottom is crispy.
7 Flip over and reduce heat to low.
8 Once the eggs are soft-boiled, place them on a plate.
