▶Ingredients
3 pieces of napa cabbages, 200g chicken tenderloin, 20g green onion, 15g chive, 30g paprika (red bell pepper)
3tbsp sweet corn,1/2 tsp chicken stock powder, a pinch of salt, pepper, carrot
Sauce - 3tbsp tomato sauce, 3tbsp sweet chili sauce

▶Recipe
1 Finely chop 200g of chicken breast tenderloin.
2 Finely chop 20g of green onion, 15g of chives, and 30g of paprika (red bell pepper).
3 Add 3tbsp sweet corn, 1/2tsp chicken stock powder, a pinch of salt, and pepper and mix.
4 Cut off the ends of the napa cabbage, blanch 3 pieces in boiling water for 1~2 minutes, and then soak them in cold water.
5 Remove the moisture from the napa cabbage.
6 Place the carrot on the napa cabbage, divide the mixed chicken breast into thirds, and wrap.
7 Wrap the napa cabbage rolls in a round shape with plastic wrap and place in a steamer for 20 minutes.
8 Mix 3tbsp of tomato sauce and 3tbsp of sweet chili sauce, place on a plate and top with cabbage rolls.
