Trying another food delivery system, this time Purple Carrot which happens to be vegan. We ordered two meals each serving 4, the portions were definitely large enough and the recipes were easy to follow. I liked the recipe cards and step by step instructions as well as photos of the final products. In today's era of isolation and hesitation when it comes to eating out or standing in long lines at a grocery store, this type of food product delivery system seems like a good option. I absolutely enjoyed the meals and knowing that they were vegan. One area that I think Purple Carrot should concentrate on improving is the amount of plastic packaging that is used in each meal kit, a lot of plastic.
