1 egg yolk
1/2 a cup of warm water mixed with 1/2 a cup of warm whole milk
2 tablespoons of melted butter

filling
4-5 medium potatoes / about 1 lb
farmers cheese 0.80 lb
sauteed onion
1/2 stick of butter
salt pepper for taste
2-3 slices of beacon / optional
