✤ Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 50g (5Tbsp) Sugar
- 50g (5Tbsp) Brown sugar
- 1g (2 pinches) Salt
- 2g (0.5 tsp) Baking powder
- 100g Cake flour
- 80g Melted unsalted butter
- 4.5g Instant coffee
- 16g (2Tbsp) Hot water
✤ TIP
- If the temperature is too high, it will not separate from the mold properly.
- If you omit the baking powder, the bread will not turn brown.
- You can use espresso or coffee powder instead of instant coffee.
