Wild Sweet Pea Wrap/Burrito

½ Pound Wild Sweet Pea shoots (washed and chopped)
2-3 Tablespoons olive oil
½ Lemon (de-seeded and juiced)
Salt and pepper to taste

Additional Ingredients:

1 small avocado (cubed)
5 slices of Brie cheese
4-5 slices of Watermelon radish
Garnish with fresh dill and green onions
Favorite hot sauce to taste

Mix pea shoots with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper thoroughly in a bowl and then dump contents on to your favorite tortilla. Add other ingredients on top and season with hot sauce.
Roll wrap and enjoy! ¬
