CRISPY CHICKEN WINGS

Ingredients

Large pot
Deep fryer or additional Pot for frying

Wings - I used the frozen bag of party wings and simply defrosted them.

Chicken stock (about two 32 oz cartons plus two tablespoons salt)

Large bottle of Vegetable Oil or Canola oil - 48 ounces or more

French Fries
Melted Cheese
Chopped Cooked bacon
Ranch dressing ( homemade ranch recipes can be found on my Patreon )


TO MAKE THE WINGS-

Fill a large pot with the chicken stock, and add wings. Cook wings over medium high heat for 5- 6 mins, this is partially cooking the wings. Remove from the pot and place wings on a rack to fry or pan that is lined with paper towel. Allow the wings to cool.

While the wings are cooling, prepare your oil for frying.

Add oil to deep fryer or a deep pot, please do not fill to the top, instead fill it half way. Preheat over medium heat for 5-6 mins, or until oils 350 degrees.

Add in the par cooked wings, and fry for about 5 mins or until wings have reached desired crispiness!! Stir the wings occasionally, The wings will float to the top once they are done.
