Invest a few minutes to watch & learn how to do a 5&1 for weight loss the proper way, maintain the desired fat burn and avoid common pitfalls.
A small edit, the olives were second fat for this day as my snack time. They could also be tracked as your one optional snack. Had I tracked as a snack, I then would have allowed myself 2 TBS. of sugar free dressing to serve as me second fat on a serving of greens.
And it goes without saying, 3 green servings go along with the Lean & Green protein.
