Today's workout is a 10 minute 'daily 50' workout using dumbbells. This workout will tone your entire body, is beginner friendly (use a light weight to begin) and is an effective way to target, tone and build muscle. If you are 50+ years old, consider strength training to build and retain muscle that naturally diminishes as we age.
