A 30 minute yoga practice for cyclists with ALP Cycles Coach Jennifer Sharp (RYT 200). Props you'll need: yoga mat (optional), blanket and/or pillow, and ball (tennis ball will do!). Goat is optional too. This session is designed with the cyclist in mind. Practice starts with myofascial footwork release before waking the spine up and getting into some sun salutations. A great way to get you out of your head and into your body.
