I made a famous street food in Korea, corn dogs.
(In Korea, it is called a hot dog.)
There are a lot of different toppings, so I made three.
It's really crispy and really tasty.
It's not difficult to make, so make it with your family.


*** Weighing is scale (g), rice spoon (tbsp), and teaspoon (tsp).

✤ Dough Ingredients
- 150g Bread flour (can be use plain flour)
- 50g Rice flour (you can substitute plain flour)
- 30g Sugar
- 4g Salt
- 4g Instant dry yeast
- 1(50g) Room temperature egg
- 100ml Warm water

✤ Ingredients
- 3 Sausages (12cm)
- Mozzarella cheese
- 5wooden skewers

✤ Toppings
- Bread crubms
- 1 potato (145g) + 1tbsp cornstarch (2 toppings)
- Half instant ramen noodle (3 toppings)
- Sugar
- ketchup
- Mustard

✤ TIP
- If you are allergic to eggs, replace with water equal to the weight of the egg.
- If you add cheese, fry it quickly over medium heat as it may leak if you fry it for a long time.
- For a quick fermenting tip, soak the dough in a pot of warm water for 1 hour.
Change the cold water once in the middle.
