It's a donut recipe that's as delicious as buying it.
Fresh strawberries and cream explode in your mouth, and the bread is fluffy

*** Measurements are on a scale (g), rice spoon (Tbsp), and teaspoon (tsp) (not a measuring spoon)

[8 pieces / 8~9cm]
✤ Donut dough
- 300g Bread flour (can be use all-purpose flour)
- 54g, 1 Room temperature egg
- 45g (4.5Tbsp) Sugar
- 5g (1.5tsp) Salt
- 5g (0.8Tbsp) Instant dry yeast
- 140ml Warm milk
- 40g Room temperature unsalted butter

✤ Whipped cream
- 300g Heavy cream
- 30g Sugar

✤ Toppings
- Strawberry
- Strawberry syrup (optional)
- Sugar Powder

✤ TIP
- It needs to be fermented up to the 3rd time to make it more fluffy. (Time varies depending on room temperature)
- You can bake it in the oven instead of frying it. (170℃/338℉, about 20 minutes/may vary by oven)
- You can substitute milk for eggs.
- To make whipped cream hard, the room temperature must be lower than 20 degrees,
It is made well by putting ice water on it.
- If you make whipped cream and keep it in the refrigerator, it will become thinner.
