So, I put on my stretchy pants and I finally decided to sit down and learn how to make Enchiladas Verdes, like my Aunts and Abuela do it! And, wow! I never realized how easy they are to make. Now, let me explain myself as to why I decided to use store bought salsa and tortillas: I saw that the pro's do it all the time, and it also saves so much time- time that I can use to learn more cooking skills and dishes, plus I was fist fighting CoVid at the time of this recording 😁 I hope that this video made you laugh a little and also taught you something new 😉

Half a cup of onions
Chicken [beef, beans, cheese, any other protein]
Store bought green salsa of your choice
Cheese of your choice

Frying pan
Sauce pan
Small sauce pot
Two flippers because that oil is Hot!
