I'm still fighting water damage...imagine that. But, progress is being made.

It is time tackle the water damaged frame. I need to replace the sill plate in a lot of places as well as some of the floor framing. It is completely rotten in a lot of places.

A lot of effort is put into removing the rotten stuff as well as cleaning and prepping to install new lumber. It's amazing it will still holding together.

Anyways, let's see what we can tear out and how much we can put back together.
