The owner asked for a clean cleaning and inspection. Artic Fox built this roof with eternabond tape on the front and rear cap molding. Again, this tape ripped and failed. Again the repair is made more difficult by the application of the tape. Again this tape job would have cost $60. Again the sealant would have been $20. Thanks!
