I finally did a project on our 4 year old travel trailer that I've been wanting to do for several years and am very happy with how this project turned out. I installed Eterna Bond Tape over all sealant caulked areas on the roof to help prevent future water leaks.

The Dicor I use for patching and the sealant compound that the factory uses on the roof seams breaks down with time and with this leaks can develop and I found myself always inspecting our roof and applying Dicor to troubled areas. Installing this tape "Should" eliminate any future leaks from developing in the areas where I applied the tape.

"Warning this video is long and is very detailed with tips to show you how I sealed each area on the roof so feel free to skip through it if you like but doing so you might miss out on some useful information"

How long does EternaBond® last?
Because EternaBond® is made using MicroSealant Technology®, depending on surrounding conditions, EternaBond® has an estimated life expectancy of 18-35 years if applied correctly. The "pre-activated" shelf life of EternaBond®, stored correctly, is 5 years!
