This video I give an overview of the stock market and what stocks I like for the week. I also give an update of my challenge account that is up over 100% in 1 month. This account has been growing due to options trading. I only trade options on the account. Most of the time its day trading options and sometimes swing trading options. Trading options in general is risky so for that I usually take small size plays to slowly grow the account.

The plays I give in this video are ones with good technical chart set ups that you can take advantage of for a nice move up. Hope you enjoy the video!
