This video is all about how to choose the right options contract when day trading options. What I explain in this video is a simple step by step beginner level lesson on options contracts.

Most traders especially new traders trying to day trade ask me what options contract they should buy when I call a stocks breakout. In the stock market day trading stocks is already hard enough. Day trading options is even worse and picking the right contracts is just as important.

To not over complicate things, this lesson video explains the simplicity of day trading options without really focusing too much in implied volatility or theta value. The main focus is delta value and that is what we scalp when day trading options. Options is hard but if applied correctly when day trading, it can be a powerful tool to make money fast.
