Meet our elegant Eloise! Eloise came to us from a suspected hoarding situation and is now ready to find a home to call her own. She’s looking for an adopter who loves to take walks by day and snuggle on the couch by night. Her sweet face, puppy dog eyes and swooshing tail will surely bring you joy every day. Eloise enjoys the company of dogs of all sizes and she’d love to have canine siblings in her future home!

Big fan of: Cheese! Walks in the woods! Comfy resting spots! Eloise has thrived in a foster home, where she has been housetrained, is respectful of her surroundings and settles easily on a comfy bed or couch. She also enjoys good chew toys, keeps a loose leash on walks and is very snuggly with her people! Eloise is a wonderful walking companion. She can either take a leisurely pace to smell the roses with you, or she’ll happily join you on a brisk walk that gets your heart rate up—it’s your choice! She makes a perfectly peaceful hiking partner as she calmly passes people and other dogs on the trails.

Working on: Continuing to build her confidence and learning about the world every day. Eloise is looking for a family that is patient and understanding as she settles into her new home. She will repay you with a wagging tail, rolled back hound ears and a big smile!

Dream home: One with people who will take her on daily walks, but who also enjoy down time full of cuddles and snuggles. Eloise enjoys getting lots of pets and being in close contact with her people, so a person who is seeking the same would be the perfect match. A canine sibling or two in the home for her to socialize with would be icing on the cake!
