Hello☺Thank you for watching my video.
Today's recipe is for milk agar agar with lots of fruit for a refreshing taste.
The weather is getting a little warmer and it's time to eat something refreshing.
This time, I added lemon zest to the milk agar to give it a fresh flavor. It goes well with the sourness of the fruit.
We hope you will try the lemon-scented milk agar, but if you cannot find it, you can also make it without lemon zest.
I used granulated sugar this time because I wanted to make the milk agar white. You can replace it with other sugars without any problem.
When mixing the agar agar and milk, if the milk is cold, the agar agar will harden and become less palatable, so it is recommended to warm the milk a little beforehand to avoid mistakes.

▷Ingredients (φ15cm)
200 ml water
4 g agar agar powder
Lemon zest or lemon essence (if you do not have lemon zest, you do not need to add it)
50 g granulated sugar
300 ml milk

strawberries
canned mandarin oranges
kiwi fruit

▷How to make:
1. Scrub the surface of the lemon with salt or baking soda and peel thinly.
2. Put granulated sugar, agar, water, and lemon peel in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, heat for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. After 2 minutes, add milk warmed to about 40°C in two batches and stir.
5. Strain the agar agar solution and leave it at room temperature. (The hot agar agar solution will damage the strawberries, so let it cool slightly. In the meantime, prepare the fruit.)
6. Cool the container in ice water and arrange the strawberries on top. Pour the agar agar into the container until the strawberries are no longer visible.
7. Arrange the canned mandarin oranges and kiwi, drained of their juices, in this order, and pour the agar agar into the container.
8. Chill the container in ice water for 30 minutes or more to harden. (It will harden faster if placed in the refrigerator.)
