Today's recipe is for juicy scones with frozen blueberries.
Plenty of blueberries and a hint of lemon make for a refreshing scone.

▷Ingredients:
200 g cake flour
100 g bread flour
30 g granulated sugar
1 g salt
10g baking powder
1 lemon zest, grated
80 g unsalted butter
30 g non sugar yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 whole egg
150 g frozen blueberries
2 to 3 cream cheese

30 g powdered sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice

▷How to make:
1. Dust frozen blueberries with flour and refrigerate.
2. Mix cake flour with granulated sugar, salt, baking powder, and lemon zest.
3. Cut unsalted butter into cubes while still cold and add to ②. When the butter is cut into chunks with a card, use your hands to blend the butter and flour together.
4. Mix the unsweetened yogurt and lemon juice, then add the egg mixture. Add to (3) and mix.
5. Add the blueberries from (1) and mix lightly.
6. Punch out the dough with a 6 cm dia. mold and place on a baking sheet. Top with cream cheese pieces.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200℃ for 15 to 25 minutes.
8. Make icing by mixing powdered sugar and lemon juice, and pour it over the scones.
