Green Chef review - What do I think of this meal subscription service?

Welcome to Living Better TV, I'm Jeremiah and I'm here to tell you about GREEN CHEF. I ordered a meal subscription service from GREEN CHEF to see is the recipe, ingredients, shipping and so forth was worth spending money on. I'm vegetarian and ordered the vegan box instead of the few other options. Fortunately, this delivery service had a vegan option which means that I didn't have to buy other food to use as substitutions for my wife and daughter. The ingredients were great, the recipes were very easy to follow, the packaging was good and the meals were delicious. I would recommend this for anyone that is vegan, has some food allergies or just wants to give it a try. The recipes included were:

Tahini-Dill Sweet Potato with Crispy Chickpeas, Spinach and Tomato-Parsley Salad, Black Pepper Tofu with Coconut-Pineapple Rice & Sesame Seeds and Bok Choy, and Creamy White Bean Orzo with Red Chard, Roasted Red Peppers, Broccoli and Olives.

I was intrigued to try this option because I am taking online classes in Health & Wellness. I've learned a lot about food desserts and the challenges in getting healthy food and ingredients to people. Furthermore, there are a lot of people that don't know how to cook or have challenges in doing so. Food environments and food desserts create a challenge in food consumption. The harsh reality is that some people just need food. Without proper options for food people will turn to what is easily accessible to them. If this means going to a large chain grocery store and buying the less expensive ingredient that are industrially farmed, that is what they do. Other consumers have access to local farms, or are urban farmers, this allows them to purchase organic items. I decided to give this food company a try.

Thank you and come back soon!
