The Iron Neck is a neck training device invented by the company of the same name. It's device shown in the video and uses a resistance band to help people train their neck with variable resistance and isometric holds. The rotation aspect helps it stand out from other neck training modalities.

My goal was just to try this out for a few months for people who may be open to it. Some people will definitely be turned off by the price and I totally get that. Others may want to try it.

If you're from the company and watched this, I hope I did the product justice 🙏.
