This technique is very fun, quick and easy. You can make flowers, super interesting textures and backgrounds, the trick is to load the back of the spoon with a large amount of paint and you will achieve very spontaneous effects, achieving a loose and fun painting.
I have painted on a canvas of fabric on wood, that way the base does not move and you can make safe strokes by depositing the paint without the frame slipping.
