Fresh out of college, Prabhdeep Gill started his career off with the dream job - he was a software engineer who joined large companies in Silicon Valley. After leaving his job at Google, he decided to start his own company. Two and a half years later, he shopped it around and Dropbox was interested in acquiring it. He subsequently went through the Dropbox engineering interview process and landed a position on mobile and web development on Dropbox Paper, a collaboration product.

Now as an engineering manager at Dropbox, Gill leads the growth team at Dropbox Paper and he revealed to us at Dice the ins and outs of the interview process at Dropbox.
