Metal detecting at the old cellar hole he was not expecting to see a big old copper coin come out of the ground. We have been detecting this old abandoned place for years and it just might have been the Machine. he switched out to the Teknetics T2 metal detector today ad just kept wrokuobg the same area and BAM! out pops an 1836 US large cent coin. It is still winter here in NH so the detecting and digging conditions are not the best. We are just happy to be out relic hunting and finding whatever we can. This site is old and goes back to the colonial days and the cellar hole is all that is left from the 1800s. Finding old coins metal detecting is always a rush.
