🎥 In this video, I decided to update you guys on how I’ve been currently making a huge dramatic life change. I decided sometime in December that I wanted to cleanse my body. I read up on a few diets and came across this particular one. The alkaline diet.
What is an alkaline diet?
An Alkaline diet is a plant-based diet. Similar to a vegan diet, it doesn’t allow for any animal proteins, including meats, eggs or dairy.

It caught my attention the most because it had a lot to do with Dr. sebi. For the ones who don’t know who Dr. Sebi is. He was a Honduran self-proclaimed herbalist healer. Unfortunately he passed away on August 6th of 2016
This diet is not for the week. It’s been many days and sleepless nights because I couldn’t eat certain foods that I was used to eating. It’s really about feeding your mind with positive thoughts. truth be told. I highly recommend going on this diet if you have someone who’s willing to try it with you. I decided to do it for 30 days but I know I’m gonna try it for another month. Meaning I’ll be giving the alkaline diet 2 months of my time. I don’t regret the decision that I’m choosing to make.

Yes, it’s hard. But with a bit of self discipline anyone can do it. The things that I’ve learnt from this diet is to beware of the foods that you're putting in your body, I learned how to cook and have patience for the food to be prepared. The biggest one that I’ve learnt from this process is that everyone in life is facing different challenges every day so when you’re focused on having certain diets in your body it’s best to just stay to yourself at that moment so the process can be completed correctly.
The weight loss process is REAL! I stated in the video that I’m currently 116lbs but I started off at 121lbs. meaning I might lose a few more pounds but I’m going to for sure gain my weight back when I’m done with the full process.
