Buffalo Toronto Public Media turned up the heat once again with its fourth installment of Now We’re Cooking LIVE!, featuring local home chefs, as well as trained professionals from the Western New York and Southern Ontario viewing area. Chef Katrina Gall demonstrates how to prepare two signature recipes, and our six home cooks create delectable dishes under the guidance of our host chef, Brian Mietus.
