We will present to you the fundamental architecture elements graphically and define them in your head. at the end of the video, we will show you their book definitions and see if you described them right. From simple geometric elements, we'll go to groupings and transformations of forms. We will cover the following elements: point, line, plane, form, mass, volume, primary shapes, diagrams of forms, platonic solids, basic groupings of forms (spatial tension, face to face, edge to edge, interlocking volumes), the transformation of forms (dimensional, additive, & subtractive).
