This conversation is part of the Future of Work Pioneers Podcast. Today we are speaking with Frida Poli. Frida is an award-winning Harvard- and MIT-trained neuroscientist turned startup founder. She completed her predoctoral training in neuroscience at Harvard Medical School and her postdoctoral fellowship in neuroscience at MIT.

After a decade in academic neuroscience, Frida sought to apply neuroscience and data science to real-world problems. She is now CEO and co-founder of pymetrics, a startup that uses advances in cognitive neuroscience to create analytics-informed decision-making and performance-enhancement software for the human capital field.

Frida earned her BA from Dartmouth College, MBA from Harvard Business School, and PhD from Suffolk University.
