Gator McKlusky returns to pay tribute to the long historic career of the late, great Burt Reynolds. This sixth chapter covers the final years of his dominance as the number one box office star in the world. Starting with the wonderful romantic comedy “Paternity”, Burt shows us what made him so loved during this time period. Then we cover one of his greatest films, his powerful and violent action film “Sharky’s Machine”, perhaps his most impressive achievement as a Director. Next up, the blockbuster big screen version of the popular musical “The Best Little Whorehouse In Texas” with the legendary Country singer icon, Dolly Parton. Finally, Burt teams up with Goldie Hawn in “Best Friends”. A film that brought Burt back to his “Starting Over” theme and shows how great he can be in more understated roles. All these are documented in the unique way that has helped make this series a fan favorite.
