As a regular passenger on Chiltern Railways, living on the mainline, I thought I would discuss one of the most interesting passenger TOCs since privatisation and how Chiltern has gone from one of the best TOCs, to potentially (for some) one of the worst in only a matter of years.
This video in no way is meant to offend or have a go at the company or its staff members (who are absolutely lovely), it is just a video explaining the decline of Chiltern, and how the company is attempting to bounce back. Personally I still adore Chiltern and think they are a great company, but I know passengers who would say otherwise!
There may be a few grammatical errors or factual errors that I missed; just let me know below.

I did fail to mention how Chiltern will operate EWR from OXF-MKC with cl197s but I thought this was slightly irrelevant as will not change the services on the mainline. Also I apologise for the audio mess during the 'Chapter two' intro. The song I used was copyrighted so had to edit it out using Youtube's software!

I hope you enjoy this new style of video I don't normally do, on a topic I feel very passionately about and a company I absolutely love!
