“Imperfections are not inadequacies; they are reminders that we’re all in this together," - Brené Brown.
Perfectionism is something I've been dealing with for most of my life. In the recent years in university and starting out new creative endeavors, I realized how much it actually paralyzed me from doing or completing a lot of meaningful projects that would have been good or GREAT if I'd just put it out there and not be so afraid of failing.
In this video, I talk about some of the negative consequences of perfectionism and list out 3 ways that have helped me overcome, or at least, lessen my perfectionism tendencies.
Thank you for taking the time to watch this and I hope you guys are doing great. virtual hugs
