I struggled with depression and anxiety for a couple of years. It affected my relationships, my self-worth, my motivation and self-esteem. Thankfully, through therapy and with the right coping strategies, I managed to recover and improve my mental health. Depression is horrible. You don't have the willpower to do anything. In this video, I write a heartfelt letter to my depressed self, and to those who are currently battling depression. I hope you find peace and comfort, and better days ahead.
