Ex-professional triathlete Lauren Goss is making noise on the Track & Field scene this year, recently scoring one of the largest prize purses in the sport at an event in Pittsburgh.

Lauren has season best (also personal best) times of 15:16 for the 5,000m and 31:49 for the 10,000m and has some ambitious goals for the rest of 2022.

The workout: Mile tempo, 8x400m, mile tempo with approximately 90seconds recovery.
