Changes to DOT Testing in 2017:
1) eCCF (electronic custody control form) - Currently available. It is the future. No Paper!
2) FMCSA Clearinghouse - Database of drivers with positive drug tests and those with refusals to test. Went into affect January 2017 and has a compliance date of January 2020.
3) Expanded Opiates for DOT Testing - Proposed final rule in January 2017, comment period ends March 24, 2017.
