As someone with Celiac disease, I haven’t been able to enjoy a hot pocket for more than a decade. But, after being inspired by the Bon Appetite series ‘a gourmet makes’, I decided to take a crack at Gluten Free & Celiac safe Hot Pockets...it only took me three tries, but I NAILED it! Follow my method and you’ll never have to spend 7.99 on a gluten free frozen package ever again. Plus these taste WAY better. Enjoy!
