Ingredients 材料: 5 Inch / 5寸
2 egg yolks 蛋黄
12 g (1 tbsp) sugar 糖
20 ml (4 tsp) corn oil 玉米油
100 ml fresh milk 鲜奶
120 g (5/6 cup) cake flour 低筋面粉
2 tsp (4 g) matcha powder 抹茶粉
1 tsp (3 g) baking powder 泡打粉
2 egg whites 蛋白
50 g (4 tbsp) sugar 糖
Steam over medium heat for 25 minutes
以中火蒸25分钟

Tips:
To bake the cake, bake at 160°C (320°F) for 30 minutes
