Manufactured in Stafford, England in the 1920's this Vono Number 3C vice is one of only a handful left in the world. Unlike the Record vice company, the Vono vice company had quite a short time in existence and information on it is hard to find. This vintage vise had been neglected and abused and it only seemed fitting that it was restored to beyond it's best. This full vintage tool restoration is as sympathetic as possible given the age and rarity of the vice but given the shocking state we first found it in quite drastic measures were needed to restore it.
