I went to another Home Depot to see if they would honor the lifetime warranty after the first one didn’t. Finally they did, on my second try, I got a replacement tool kit. Not only did they replace the sockets but the whole tool kit, with an even better one.

I’m satisfied but I still want those 3 Home Depot employees in the Chandler store to be retrained on how to deal with warranties on husky products. The second store handled it wonderfully. I don’t need to have to travel to a farther store just to be treated better.

All in all, thanks Home Depot, and Husky!
