▶ Cooking recipe and ingredients:
1-1.2 kg of potatoes
cook in salted water until tender
400 grams of minced meat
salt, pepper to taste
dry garlic, paprika
1 egg
50 ml cold water
50 g breadcrumbs
1 onion
bunch of dill
Drain the water from the potatoes
make mashed potatoes
Grease the casserole dish with vegetable oil
Form meatballs
200 ml cream 30% or more
1 spoon of mustard
black pepper
Bake for 30 minutes at 200°C
~100g cheese
Bake for another 5-10 minutes
Incredibly delicious dinner!
