Welcome back to another video! I wanted to explain to you all why I decided to leave A&E as I realised some of you may not know!

As I mention in the video, it was not an easy decision to leave A&E, as after all it is what I have trained my whole life to do! But I feel in this role as Youth Mental Health ambassador I can REALLY make a difference to the UK's mental health. It's a challenging role and I can say that no day is the same, from campaigning to visiting schools, doing talks and visiting early support hubs around the country.
