Knowing what your roof is made of and how it weathers the elements is a smart idea. If you live in an area of the country prone to severe storms and hail damage it might be a good idea to know what to look for.
After a hailstorm your roof may appear to look undamaged. In fact, it may not leak or have any problems for years. But, one good hailstorm could have done more damage than the eye can see.
