58 Minute Lower Body and Ab Work It Circuit | Leg, Ab and Cardio Workout - I love the Work It Circuit! I take 6 different exercises, and in essence go around my mat hittng each exercise. We do the full circuit 3x for some great progressive overload! This workout is a combination of 2 leg exercises, 2 ab exercises and 2 cardio exercises per circuit. You'll be sweating by the end of this!
