I've come to understand that my mental health state is often a reflection of the physical environment I am in. This is why it is such an important component of self care for me to work at keeping my home (the physical environment I am in most of my time) tidy and clean.

In this video, I take you on a tour of our messy home to begin with, then the process of cleaning it and sharing my tips and tricks for tackling this, and then finally a tour of our finished clean space.

I know mental illness makes this even harder to stay on top of, but hopefully this video helps to provide encouragement and motivation to take on the often overwhelming task of cleaning your own home.
