Creme Soda Marinated Ribs with a Creme Soda Glaze.
This is an easy rib recipe using Creme Soda for the marinade and Creme Soda for the glaze. Begin by marinating the ribs overnight in Creme Soda with two or three chopped jalapeno peppers. Remove the ribs the next day and lightly cover them with your favorite rub. I used Oklahoma Joe Rub (recipe listed below). Using apple or cherry wood, bring your smoker to 250 degrees F and maintain that temperature throughout your cook. I started to use the 3-2-1 method but I changed it to 3-1.5-1. I would recommend using a 3-1-1 method for pull-off the bone results. Spritz your ribs every 45 minutes or so with Creme Soda.

GLAZE:
1 to 2 cups Creme Soda, maybe a bit more
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup mustard
3 to 4 Tablespoons of honey.
Simmer over medium heat while continuously whisking until reduced to a thicker consistency (approximately 25 minutes).

Glaze the ribs after removing from the foil. Leave on the smoker for about another 30 minutes or so.
After pulling from the smoker, let them rest for twenty minutes before serving.

The taste and texture: EXCELLENT! Very juicy and tender. This recipe is a keeper!!!
